Artwork you commission from me is only for personal use. You may not use my work for profit.

I have the right to turn down a commission for any reason I wish, whether it violates my terms of service or not.

Do not send me any NSFW reference material. I will not work with you if you send me NSFW imagery of any kind.

I owe all rights to any work commissioned by me. I have the right to post any artwork I've made on my social media accounts and portfolios use unless we discuss otherwise.

Do not trace my art or put it through AI engines, or alter it in any other way.

You may share my artwork and use it for profile pictures or banners as long as you give credit to my Instagram or Twitter (@JustABrokenPC on both).

You may use Minecraft skins commissioned by me in game without credit. Using skins I have created in renders used for graphics, video thumbnails, or anything of the like will require giving me credit. If you would like any changes to your Minecraft skin in the future, you may reach out to me and request changes. Depending on the complexity, I may or may not require payment for changes made. You are allowed to make changes to the skin yourself, as long as the changes are not NSFW or used to promote controversial or political topics, or spreading hatred of any kind.

I am a busy college student so I may take a few weeks to finish your commission, but feel free to ask for updates at any point.

Please remain kind and professional when communicating with me. I am totally okay with you asking for status updates, but I will not tolerate negative behavior in any way.

Prices listed under my commission openings are the base prices for that type of commission. The price may vary depending on the complexity and number of characters drawn.

All prices are in USD.

I will only start working on a commission when I receive payment upfront via PayPal.

You may request a refund before I finish the base sketch, but once the sketch is finished, I will not issue any refunds.
