Terms of Service

By reaching out to me via email, direct messaging, or any other form of contact, you have agreed to have read and accept my terms of service.

General TOS

  1. Artwork you commission from me is only for personal use. You may not use my work for profit.

  2. I have the right to turn down a commission for any reason I wish, whether it violates my terms of service or not.

  3. Do not send me any NSFW reference material. I will not work with you if you send me NSFW imagery of any kind.

  4. I owe all rights to any work commissioned by me. I have the right to post any artwork I've made on my social media accounts and portfolios use unless we discuss otherwise.

  5. Do not trace my art or put it through AI engines, or alter it in any other way.

  6. I may take a few weeks to finish your commission, but feel free to ask for updates at any point.

  7. Please credit me (@JustABrokenPC) if you use my art for promotional material.

Pricing Info

  1. Prices listed under my commission openings are the base prices for that type of commission. The price may vary depending on the complexity and number of characters drawn.

  2. All prices are in USD.

  3. I will only start working on a commission when I receive payment upfront via PayPal.

  4. You may request a refund before I finish the base sketch, but once the sketch is finished, I will not issue any refunds.

Do's and Don't's

DO'S:
I will generally draw:
- Pokémon
- Furries
- Animals
- Other OC'sI don't usually like drawing humans, but I may draw certain characters, just ask! I will draw humans in the Animal Crossing style.
For my Minecraft skin commissions, I'll make just about any character as long as the character doesn't violate any of my other terms of service.

DON'T'S:
- Anything suggestive or NSFW.
- Depictions of realistic or heavy gore (blood and scratches are okay).
- Anything containing controversial/hateful topics. This includes anything political or anything relating to sensitive topics.
- I will not draw any real people.I have the right to reject any commission if I do not feel comfortable or confident drawing a character for any reason.
